Do you only work with large projects or can I work with you on a single unit?
We have completed dozens of ‘smaller’ projects with apartments as small as 50sqm so we can certainly help you if you are looking for a single unit

Have you successfully completed any larger projects?
Yes. We have competed entire buildings from finding the right spot to acquiring the permit, completing construction, selling to end users, finalizing legal and notarial work and providing Visas where needed for our clients.

What client nationalities have you worked with ?
We have worked with British, Greek, Turkish, Israeli, Lebanese, American, Syrian, Chinese, Indian and Russian clients in the past. This list is by no means in order of importance or volume of work done.

What is the average time taken for a project ?
This greatly depends on the size and complexity of the project but as an indication it could vary between 2 months and 36 months.

As an investor could my input be part of the overall project?
Potentially yes, depending on the size of the project and the agreed legal set up.

How much involved does an investor get in the overall process?
This depends on your individual circumstances but we find that most of our investors are looking for a watertight agreement, an oversight and a regular financial report. On top of that should you wish to be more involved, this poses no issues for us as long as the timeline and progress of the development is adhered to. A financial report is provided by the appointed accountant at any given stage.
